At 12h in the conference room of the Institute of Optics "Daza de Valdés"
Have you ever seen an astronomical image that took your breath away?
Have you ever wondered how these images are captured from the earth"s surface in such detail?
In this seminar we will introduce the three main types of astronomical images: planetary, lunar and solar photography and deep sky photography.
We will talk about the equipment needed for each type of image, as well as the optimal conditions for its realization.
In addition to the seminar, a practical workshop will be held at 18:30h, if the sky allows it, in the observation dome of the building.
If you cannot attend the talk, it will be streamed through the
IOSA Youtube channel.
