The work will consist of performing laser treatments to modify surfaces of different materials at the micro- and nano-scale, with the aim of inducing their functionalization for various applications. The characterization activities of the processed material include, among others, the use of optical microscopy, electron microscopy and optical spectroscopy techniques.
Among the degree profiles that are considered, there is a bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Photonics or Laser Technologies. Knowledge or experience in the field of laser material processing will be valued.
Contract: Contract charged to a research project at the CSIC
Salary: €25,530.82 gross/year in 14 payments
Duration: 24 months
