Presentation of the Exhibition: “The beginnings of the Institute of Optics ‘Daza de Valdés’

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the creation of the “Daza de Valdés” Institute of Optics we inaugurate an exhibition of 10 panels on the beginnings of the Institute.
Next Monday, November 21, our colleague from the Institute of Optics, Sergio Barbero, will present the exhibition to us.
In the presentation, Sergio will accompany us through the different panels and will explain what those first years of high school were like, using several photographs from the time as a common thread. These photographs, several unpublished, show some of the most outstanding instruments, laboratories and protagonists of those early years.”
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Monday 21st, at the CSIC Scientific Library (Calle de Serrano, 123) in Madrid at 12 noon
