Responsabilities
➢ Design, development, and implementation of hardware solutions for a medical device that will transform the visual prescription process.
➢ Assembly and soldering of electronic and optical components to ensure high precision in the development of the device.
➢ Participate in technology transfer activities and work with the team to bring innovation to the market.
➢ Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
➢ Support the continuous improvement of the product and contribute to its adaptation to real clinical applications.
Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s degree in in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Robotics or similar.
➢ Programming skills in languages such as Python, Matlab, Arduino and similar
environments.
➢ Strong enthusiasm for innovation and applying research to real-world scenarios.
➢ Versatility and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
➢ Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Desired
➢ Previous experience and/or specific training in medical device development, particularly in the field of vision, will be highly valued.
➢ Previous experience in R&D projects, especially those focused on technology transfer, is a plus.
➢ Hands-on experience in soldering and assembling complex and delicate components is a strong asset.
