Summary of the talk
Since I joined the Optical Radiation Measurements group at the Institute of Optics, I have had to face various challenges, from adapting to a demanding technical environment to solving unexpected problems on a day-to-day basis.
In this talk, I will share how I have dealt with these situations and what lessons I have gained while contributing to the team’s work in this exciting field.
