Today the resolution of the State Research Agency has been published in which the Ramón y Cajal grants are granted for the hiring of doctors in the 2021 call, and in which three of them will join the Institute of Optics that these In recent years, it has seen how its staff of researchers has been growing little by little thanks to the effort and talent of its staff.
The three people who will join at the latest on January 1 of next year are María Viñas Peña, Lucie Sawides and Hugo Fidalgo Martins.
It is also interesting to note that two of the contracts are for women, which helps to restore the high quota of women that the institute has had in the past.
These 5-year contracts tend to have a high number of applications in which the percentage of applicants that succeed is usually around 10%
