The Visual Optics and Biophotonics Lab has been awarded one of the six ERC Proof of Concept Grants granted in Spain in the last call of the European Research Council ERC PoC are awarded to ERC grant holders that demonstrate commercial potential of the results. The ERC PoC OCT4IOL, linked to ERC AdG Presbyopia (PI: Susana Marcos) proposes a new paradigm in cataract surgery.
